No one art work will be sent from our workshop without 100% payment for the art work and 100% for the shipping cost.

If your order made with down payment, please note - down payment is non-refundable. If your art piece is finished - you have to pay all final costs (the rest of the payment for the work and shipping charges) and only after that your art piece will be shipped out.

All sales are final and not eligible for price adjustments on orders. "Final Sale" items are sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

All changes can be made just when order is discussing with customer before payment. After payment any additional details can be made for additional payment.

Due to the high volume of sales, a delay may occur during order processing and shipping.


Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method.


Please note: We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, acts of God or bad weather.
